Whether you love them or hate them, the Jonas Brothers aren’t going anywhere. This group of three wholesome American brothers has some decent music to back up their good looks, and they’ll remain one of the biggest names in music this coming year.
How about Lady Gaga? Whether it was Poker Face, Bad Romance, or any other one of her hits, she was all over the place last year. Her shows sell out, and her music videos are highly anticipated.
Garnering comparisons from Madonna to many others, she’s a tour de force in the world of music right now and her records sell like wildfire.
Taylor Swift’s music may be a bit more low key than Lady Gaga’s, but it’s still excellent nonetheless. She has the looks and the personality to go with her musical talent, and this is never a bad thing when it comes to commercial success.
Lastly, let’s go with another newcomer to the scene. Adam Lambert wowed millions of Americans during his stint on American Idol. While he ultimately lost the competition to Kris Allen, this second place finisher will likely be the more popular artist going forward.
Lambert has an absolutely huge fan base, and his debut release received some pretty high marks from critics. Expect to see more of this glam-rock singing talent for a while.
